There are three classifications 

of "sea food":

• Fin Fish {vertebrate animals}
• Crustaceans {exoskeleton - crabs, lobster, shrimp...}
• Mollusks {invertebrate - clams, mussels, scallops...}

Starfish are echinoderms: spiny-skinned

 invertebrates have five-fold symmetry 

that live on the ocean floor...

Their spiny skin does not

make them very edible and 

it's said that eating them 

is an acquired taste...however,

there may be some countries

where they are considered a

delicious delicacy! 

{I think I'll pass!}

Pretty to look at, not for eating! LOL!
