*SWEET SALVAGE in PHOENIX, AZ...*

A few weeks ago,
I went to Sweet Salvage here in Phoenix, AZ...

Sweet Salvage is open once a month for
four days {Thurs - Sun}.
Thursday is always the busiest...
This is the line to get in...yes, it is wrapped
around the building!!!

Getting closer to the entrance...

I went with my friend Dawn...

Sweet Salvage features a different theme
each month. This month {Aug 2012}
the theme was
"Let them eat cake..."

{I must confess that I did eat part
of this display! LOL!}

Each month, they tear down the entire
store and spend weeks getting it ready
for the following month...

They send teams of pickers out to
source lovely vintage, salvage, and
fabulous things...

Sweet Salvage has been open for a year
and has become very popular...

The displays and vignettes are so pretty!!!

So many lovely things to see!!!
{Pinterest worthy for sure!}

Love these displays...

Lots of salvage and rusted items...

Eye-candy everywhere!!!

Drooling...

Dawn found something fabulous...

It gets very busy...the staff do a great
job running your finds to the register,
so you can hunt for more treasures...

Everyone wants to see the pretty displays
and fabulous merchandise...

More vintage eye-candy...

Love these old books...

Love these mini frames and cloth bags...

I want this for my garden...

More pretty things to see...

Happy word made from vintage book pages...

Like fish swimming upstream...LOL!

Vintage trim...

Vintage letters and numbers...
in vintage industrial drawers.

These are great ideas decor & display...

This is the line to check-out,
which went pretty quickly...

Shoppers wander Sweet Salvage...

Front of the line to check-out...

Dawn with one of the sweet owners, Katie...

Dawn with another fellow Blogger, Judy B...

More sweet displays...

Marie Antoinette cookies...yum!!!

Pretty, old books...

I almost bought this...but,
I wasn't quick enough!!!

I hope you enjoyed hearing
about Sweet Salvage monthly market...
The theme this month is
Halloween, {Sept. 20th - 23rd}
 I can't wait to see it!!!
